Has anyone heard of Ghetto mods?

I was talking to someone a while back about a website that displayed people with ghetto mods.

Ghetto mods is where people modify their car with all sorts of stuff, like a spoiler made of cardboard or a slitter made from a couple of bar trays etc.

Anyone know of any ghetto mods? I want to see some pics.
