I changed Mart77's not so long back...

I swore it was not the cable, evven when I took out the cable it seemed fine, but with a new one in...no more stickie throttle!!

Firstly- make sure the over-mat is NOT touching the pedal !

Secondly- Grip the pedal with your hand and slowly push it down to feel where, or at which point it sticks...

Thirdly- Grip and twist the actuator on the throttle body (as above)... AND inspect the spring...
