Have a e30 318is, developed a knocking noise, possibly exhaust, exhaust isn't loose or hanging/spilt, all mounting brackets seem ok and isn't blowing....any ideas folks...it is getting louder...like a dragging noise on the floor

    If its defo coming from the exhaust area, sounds like your Catalytic Converter is shattered inside. Get someone to Rev and put your head close to the middle of the car and try to work out what end its coming from? Than get back to the thread
