ok guys call me stupid or blind but every car i ever had batterie is in boot or under bonnet

but i cant find it on my X5 :)

i need to jump start my van

    I believe it's under the spare at the rear but there should still be a decent +pos under the bonnet...

    As Dabs said mate, there is a red cover under the bonnet with a nice +, earth from the block
