hi all, new to the forum but not BMWs. i have had a couple of 2001s and at the present time have a 1984 318 2 door. we have had this car for the past 6 years and it has been no trouble at all. had to fit a new water pump and rad and a few hoses and a new exhaust, but it tto show its age. so time to look for a replacement. trying to get an idea of what value to put on it. it was immaculate when we brought it,but is less so now. still only 60000 miles or so. far to nice to scrap so looking for someone who will restore it before it gets past restoring condition? anyone got any idea what it might be worth. looking to replace it with 3 series diesel estate/tourer for around 2 grand if anyone has one.

    welcome to the forum, no idea what it would be worth, any on auto trader/ ebay etc etc?

    would love to have somthing to restore myself but can barly afford my own car :-(

    Hello and welcome,

    Your 318 has very low milage for its age and i can imagine its very worth restoring as the engine has done hardly any miles.

    I would take a guide from ebay as to how much they are going for atm but i wouldnt give it away for a song. :unsure:
