My 4 year old 320d M Sport is coming to the end of its BMW warranty (used). I have been offered a further 12 months BMW cover for £425. Any recommendations regarding taking up the offer (any owners experienced any problems on this model at 4-5 years of age)?

welcome to the forum, seems fairly cheap for a warrenty but never looked into stuff like that.

I paid £12 per month for two years with warranty direct much cheaper tbh and all work done by main dealership!

yeah definately! you can get the car fixed at any garage in the uk too such a good idea!

I must admit I did stop my subscription because my car handbook was lost (sore subject don't ask lol) and i dont have any of my VAT receipts for servicing anymore so could not make a claim if I needed to =[

i always thought that warranty companies want you to buy their products within 90 days of purchase or expired manfacturers warranty.

Terms need to be checked before buying.

dealer warranty is different as they are able to check the car in person anyway.

hiya mate,

if live in e yorks check out bmtech in hessle hull, probabaly will work out cheaper paying as you go and taking the risk (these guys are alot cheaper than main dealer and are backed by bmw)
