Don't know whether you sorted this out but I've just bought an 03 320i SE Coupe and all teh manuals came with it.

My manual explains how to do it on p74, assuming you mean the dash display clock not the radio clock which is different.

You can download the manual for your year in PDF format from here ..

I reckon you need the 8th one down. 2001/320i

I did mine when I first got the car took me ages to find out how lol.

Under the dials on the dash there are two push buttons, the one on the left is a turning knob rather than a push button if you turn it to the left or the right and hold it that will change the time on the clock.
