Why won’t my BMW X5 cooling system work? I also have a Hyundai Palisade that I have to turn down oR off the cooling seats while on my more than twice the price BMW it always feels like it is off! Taken to two dealerships and they both say it is working… very frustrating on hot summer days when you get to the car and cannot cool the seats! 
any recommendations on how to go about it?

    Welcome to the Forum

    I have to say all my AMG Mercedes had Heated, Cooled, Massage seats and I only ever used tha Heaters on very cold mornings 🤣

    Have you asked the BMW Dealer what tests they did and how they measured that the seats were working correctly ? Not just that the switch worked
