I am new to site and just bought a used 2017 330i xdrive. I was going through the engine trying to get to know it a little and I found a resonator assembly clip sitting near the resonator but connected to nothing so I’m trying to figure out where it goes? There is already one connected to the intake tubes so I can’t figure out where it went or where it goes?

Welcome to the Forum

If you are not aware take a look at www.realoem.com put the last 7 digits of your Vin into the search box, it will bring up your model then look in the Exhaust section

The only part I am aware of BMW call a "fixing Bow" it goes on the rear silencer flap actuator assembly

Good luck

Dave

Thank you Dave I appreciate the info and sorry I didn’t reply sooner! I believe your answer to the name of the part and its placement is exactly on target! I will take your advice and look it up now!
