Hi all,

I have a 2013 120d m sport.  hope someone can help with my radio issue. It turns on and off and music plays, although it won't change channels. The screen also just displays the bmw logo. Has anyone else had this problem? How do fix this?

The car did have a reverse camera which I removed, could this have caused the problem?

That is always a starting point go over what ever was done recently to see if anything was left undone or disturbed

Thanks for the response dave. The only thing I have done is to remove the reverse camera itself as I was having the rear bumper painted. Surely that wouldn't have caused the problem, could it? I did actually consider this at first but dismissed it. I'll re-fit the camera and share the results.

The Reverse Camera may have disturbed the Video feed fingers crossed replacing it will sort the issue. Try disconnecting the battery for 30 mins Neg first (a Dealer trick) it will reset any simple fault codes
