No sound!

I have a BMW 4 Series convertible 2018 and the sound in the car has suddenly stopped working, i have no radio, no sat nav voice, no notification sounds, no reversing sensor sounds!

Any ideas on how to fix it would be appreciated.

I would start with the fuses then check all connections to the CIC in case one is loose, if you have an amp check that as well 

If it turns out that the CIC has a fault contact companies like Cartronix and ECU Testing who can usually help with repairs and upgrades
