Jump starting a 1998 BMW 528

I am new to the forum.

I bought a 1998 528 But the battery is dead and I can't seem to find where to jumpstart it as I cannot open the trunk.  Any ideas?

    Welcome to the Forum

    I take it you are in the USA so under the Hood (Bonnet) drivers side there should be the Charging points Live on the bulkhead and Negative on the inner wing near the suspension tower.

    If I recall there should be an internal emergency release but the rear set has to come out to get to it
