What is the best way to add my daughter who just passed her test today, to my insurance policy?  So far my own insurance (saga) as refused and so has another specialty insurer (marmalade).  They said they do not insure BMW.  My car is a 2010 BMW 320i convertible.  What is the best/cheapest way to insure her on my car?  She will be a secondary driver.

    Going back a few years (our youngest son is 40) but it was no different then. My car then was an E55 Mercedes no insurers would consider him as a named driver until he was 21, my wife's car at that time was a Volvo V70 T5 yet her insurers Admiral accepted him as a named driver ?  One of our neighbours recently had to buy a small Peugeot and insure it then their daughter could join as a named driver ??

    All I can suggest is keep searching the market
