BMW E87 problem with windows

Hello, I have 1 series BMW and I saw tendency. When temperature drops below 5 degrees celcius or when it is rainy, driver cant control windows because the controller turns off (there is no any light on it). p.s. passenger can open his window. If I turn off the car or leave it on ignition, the green light shows up on the controller and driver can control all the windows. Also, when I start a car and open drivers door, the central light is not turning on, when I open other doors, central light works as it should. Any ideas how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

    Welcome to the Forum

    First the Drivers door window control is the master control and it sounds as though water is getting in. The switch is an easy change but you need to find the source of the leak to prevent it happening again. The roof light could be a broken wire where the door loom enters the car check it carefully
