Can anyone tell me why I am getting this warning coming up SOS warning Call System Failure when the SOS phone call is working

    Welcome to the Forum

    I have never had to deal with this but from what I have read this can be caused by (1) a software glitch (2) SOS module failure (3) a bluetooth pairing issue

    Have you searched to see if there is a Reset sequence available? If not you may need the help of someone with BMW capable diagnostic software to update the software
