All-wheel drive and transmission malfunction lights up, there are also DME / DSC / VTG / errors when I try to turn on any gear - it automatically throws it into parking, sometimes the selector itself is dull, look at the transfer case - it seems that everything is okay, it starts, works well, the transmission is recalled when you try to turn on D/R/N, but after a second it returns to the parking lot and does not move.

You list errors has the car been scanned ? Has any work been carried out recently ? Are all fuses OK ?

I would say start with a full diagnostic scan using a good BMW capable diagnostic program
