weird noise sounds like brakes grinding metal

Guys/Girls I am totally new to all this forum / club stuff and internet 

I have just bought a BMW E88 1 series had a worn out brake metal to metal sound seemed like from the  rear of car on complete removal and cleaning I find both front and back brakes are all new both pads and disks and after cleaning its made no difference  at all only other symptom is it only starts making noise after 20mph and its a continuous noise but doesnt seem to get faster or slower 

any help please anyone I would be most grateful

    Welcome to the Forum

    When checking the brakes did you check the handbrake shoes ? Other things to check, I have seen brake back plates rubbing and heat shields rubbing so check they are secure 

    Check there is nothing touching the drive shafts and prop, if it is still there wheel bearings and Diff need checking

    thanks for answering mate yes checked handbrake shoes i totally stripped each wheel to nothing re-copper greased and put back made not a slight difference

    Have you checked the weather protection plate(s) behind the disks are not catching the disk?
