Hi all, 

Looking for someone who may have done this already. I'm looking into Stage 1/2 for my car but wanted to first explore increasing the electric output by adding more Batteries (Tesla for example) Can anyone give advice on Batteries and best practice when installing!

    Welcome to the Forum

    That is an interesting idea, there are a number of things that come to mind that would need consideration.

    There are I am sure regulations somewhere about how secure the batteries need to be, but that aside 

    How much will extra batteries weigh? I don't know the weight of the battery pack currently in your car but extra weight will effect handling and brakes.

    I wonder if the current batter pack could be substituted for one with a larger capacity, say  70 kWh increased to 100 kWh 

    I think we need an EV specialist on board here
