Can anyone tell me how difficult it is to add a Reversing Camera to my 2013 X1 Sdrive 18d please

    I have done this on X5 E53 and E70 models so at a guess your X1 would be similar 

    It will require removing trim panels and lifting carpet to run cables from the boot to the front of the car. I followed the main loom route along the passenger side of the car, I found it easier to unbolt the passenger seat so I could tip it side to side and backwards (Note I didn't disconnect the seat but did disconnect the battery) 

    I would rate the job as fiddly due to time and care needed when removeing trim panels but easily done on a Saturday morning.

    Check www.realoem.com for part numbers and dont dismiss BMW when buying kits the can be competitive sometimes.
