Car running lumpy when idle and rough

Hi,

Hope I've put this in the right place.

I have just purchased a E90 m47 320D

It initially was a non runner as it didn't crank. I since found out that the previous owner had put a standard battery in. I have now put the correct battery in and resynced cme/DMS with ista d (which I'm new too)

It's now starting and will run but under idle upto 1700k revs it's lumpy and shaking the whole car and struggles to stay on. I have rev'd the engine to get it to normal temperature and it sounds better after it's been left sitting for a few weeks.

It first had white smoke and multiple error codes. Whilst I have cleared them some have come back straight away with some additional ones.

If possible I wondered if I could get a point in the right direct.

The errors I have I have scanned with Carly although I do have ista.

Here is the errors I have so far.

Engine / Motor
Fault Code: 004A63
Fault Explanation: EWS-manipulatio
Fault Code: 0044CC
Fault Explanation: Boost pressure plate
Fault Code: 004212
Fault Explanation: Glow plug cylinder 1, control
Fault Code: 004222
Fault Explanation: Glow plug cylinder 2, control
Fault Code: 004232
Fault Explanation: Glow plug cylinder 3, control
Fault Code: 004242
Fault Explanation: Glow plug cylinder 4, control
Fault Code: 004B10
Fault Explanation: Smoothness regulator
Fault Code: 003FF0
Fault Explanation: Air flow sensor
Fault Code: 004530
Fault Explanation: Boost pressure control, control deviatio

I think the glow plugs were from when it tried starting and may not have been cleared correctly.

I'm wondering if there is a misfire or maybe the air mass sensor that's the issue.

Could anyone give me any ideas.

I'm aware I might have to clear the codes and read them again.
