Hi, I have a 4 series coupe. It is the m sport with prof media. On the dash there is an option (3 arrows per button) to direct airflow upper, mid and feet for each side of the car. You keep pushing the button to get the right mix of choice. The passenger button just gives the option of mid and feet. Is this correct or is it faulty and should also offer ventilation at the upper level ?

I went to ask at the dealer and not one salesman had the time to look at this !!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Andy...welcome to the Forum

I would have though the option was there to allow air to flow to the passenger area as well as the driver but maybe the drivers' side has the over-riding control on upper air flow rather than the passenger dictating the direction of flow?

Maybe the manual has some description of operation?

Thanks trevor - have it booked in to the dealer. This + 3 other problems. 2016 BMW is not like my faultless 2011 BMW I had 5 years. !!!
