Hope someone can help I'm looking for the torque settings on my head, I know there are 3 stages 22 +90 and +90 please forgive me but is that the total torque 202

    Thanks for your reply I've worked out the sequence and got the correct tools, all back together now and great, however a code has popped up p1140 and the 02 sensor, so I'm hoping to change that and my life can return to normal and start enjoying the z3 again :)

    Yep, know exactly what you mean. Any little thing wrong with the car and it just stresses me out. Can't enjoy it like normal!
