just recently bought my 2006 x5 which i am very happy with. However it hasnt got an auxiliary 3.5mm jack lead point to plug my ipod/iphone into! never used cd's in years so this little mod con is a must for me. I have a business single cd player already fitted. my questions are;

1. can i retro fit an aux cable into the already fitted entertainment unit?

2. has anyone got a link referring to which equipment to buy?

3. is there any how to guides on installing this equipment or has anyone done it before?

I also love the BMW's 'angel eyes', but mines are the older yellowish style glare i would like to upgrade to the more modern, white-ish bluey glare. Ive already had a quick look and it looks easy enough i am just unsure of which new kit to buy as there is lots of options from very cheap to quite pricey. Has anyone else ever done this and can point me in the right direction.
