Active Hybrid 3 Judder At 30Mph

Can anyone advise?

Recently purchased my active hybrid 3 auto. Have noticed a 'judder' when reaching around 30mph in comfort mode. It's almost as if the car us disgruntled when moving from one gear to the next.

This is my first automatic, so I wondered if it was my driving ?!!

I haven't experienced this in Eco pro mode. Not tried it in sport mode.

Next step is a bmw garage.
