Bypassed Ews On 97 318Ti... Cranks But No Spark

I had a shut down of the ews after I flattened the battery with ignition on.. immobiliser lock out with no crank... I have bypassed the ews by jumpimg the 2 large wires... now I have cranking but no spark..

anyone have any pointers please.
