I have just bought a 2004 525dse E60 Manual i am new to BMW but i have noticed that when ever i have my foot on the clutch the car idles high, this happends if it is in gear or not foot off the clutch and it idles normally can any one tell me if this is normal.

i was given allot of receipts with the car one was a new clutch and flywheel a few months ago can it have anything to do with this.
