Hey guys

Nice site you have here!

I'm thinking of getting an m5 but see that they are all smg gearboxes. I know when buying my m3 they said the smg was an absolute nightmare and was riddled with problems. Is this the same with the m5? Can any owners please tell me if they have experienced problems etc?

    TBH it depends on the year... If it is an early M5 with an obviously early SMG then shrug it off or upgrade ! Later models were updated ;)
