Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with BMW Bluetooth.

I previously had an iphone 4 which connected fine and basically worked. When I upgraded my phone to a Nokia Lumia 920, I can get the phone to show as paired but the computer says still searching.

Someone has mentioned a firmware upgrade but I'm a bit sceptical.

Did the firmware updates and it connected, then the phone section disappeared off my display.

After accidentally running down the battery and then jumping it (which reset everything) the phone section is back and all good.

Would definitely try updating the software on the phone first and foremost

Cheers. I Just managed it as I think I was doing the pairing sequence wrong. I needed to press the centre pair button for a second before turning the key at all and then hold for a couple more in key turn position 1. Then appeared on my phone to connect.

Does yours play music from your phone? Can get the address book ect but can't see how I would stream music?

nope, I don't think it supports it. it does do text to speech though which is quite off putting :)
