  1. Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. Much appreciated.
  2. Bibbling is what happens when your typing at a 100mph but your not too good at typing. Bubbling is what happens when your concentrating on what your doing
  3. I'll get some pictures took tomorrow and post them up. It look s like water has got under the black coating and bubbled. Do the trim come off in sections and more importantly, do they come off easily?
  4. I have the piano black window trimming on my 2008 520d Msport. Its bubbling on the same piece on both sides of the car. Its the small piece in the small window at the side. Can I replace that section or is it a case of having to buy the whole set? Also do these sections remove easily? I know that when I tried this with my Audi A4 I had to do break the small side window to remove the trim. I left it in the end and just sold the car with the new trim in box. Any comment/suggestions :) I can get pictures if required but I think people will have had the same experience, apparently its a common fault.
  5. Ok so ill check if the BT module is there. If it is? Is it just a case of switching it on? Programming it in? If it isn't there, is that just a case of buying a module and plugging it in? Cheers for your help Jim
  6. I have a 2008 520d m sport. It has the phone compatible steering wheel but no Bluetooth. I'd quite like to have that extra so what would I need to enable the Bluetooth phone system? I mean what parts etc. I've found a Bluetooth module on ebay but I have no idea what I need. Many thanks in advance.
  7. I will, I was hoping I wouldn't have to as to check them thoroughly would mean removing the headlight again and that was a good 2 hrs of my life ill never get back but I guess its gunna have to be done. Ive read that its normal due to the car doing a system check where it sends a small current through to check for any faults and with leds requiring less power than a standard bulb the small current makes them flicker.
  8. I have a issue with my halos flickering a few times when I start my car. It used to be both sides but now its just the passenger side does it. Its only just started to do it which is weird. I have upgraded my halo bulbs with white ones but that was a few month ago and they have worked fine up to a few days ago. I don't start my car with the lights switched on so its not that. Ive also been having a lot of battery drainage warnings showing but was told its to do with the battery lead and Ive had it changed under the recall. Ive also noticed that everytime I start my car now the idrive tells me to insert the sat nav disc which is odd as its already inserted. Im hoping someone can suggest something. Im thinking that maybe it is a battery fault? But would a battery fault cause the halo flickering? The halos work fine whilst switched on, no flickering. Maybe a loose connection on the halo bulb connectors? Please help.
