Anyone have any ideas on noise seems to do it every time I press brake to slow down Does not affect drive of car or does not affect braking in any way Just get a loud click (single click) as soon as I start to brake /decelerate Does not do it when pulling away only when slowing down and will not recur until I have accelerated and pressed brake again She is a 2000-X bmw 528i sport mtec ( she has all optional lowered factory sports suspension etc ) Any ideas ?????

Yeh I seen some a bit to cheap on fleabay haha I just want a nice subtle head unit that capable enough to run sound system and sat nav etc

I to want to upgrade my sound system in my e39 I currently have this head unit What head unit if any will fit in place of this and will I need to change all the wiring If I got an after market one????? Cheers Ps I don't mean to hijack the thread lol

Hi mate cheers Issues on this site no Issues with bmw well a couple of niggling things like rocker leak so when come to a stop stinks of burning oil through the vents And a clicky noise at front of car and few little bits of trim inside need doing but apart from that overall it's spot on mate

Hmmmm interesting I thought as much as am I right in thinking the rear lights from 2001 on wards are more of a crystal jeweled effect unlike mine ?????

Ok mate cheers On screen on dash my hand book says it's meant to say navigation as well as all the other options like on board computer and setup etc it got everything there apart from the navigation so I'm guessing the disc will put it all back on there????

Cheers mate will jack her up and have a look see what I can find as for the idling I shall whip it all apart when get time and give it a clean only seems to do it till up to optimum temp
