I've dry humped my car twice while reading this post lol I quite like my car haha

Just been quoted £150 to get the swirl flaps done on my car....but...... What if they've already been done? How do I tell?? I'm not very mechanically minded and have limited tools...but there must be a way of checking to see if they have already have been done? Also Is £150 a good price to get them done?

Ex military, now doing close protection work in afghan... Keeps me on my toes :)

Just bought a 2002 330d m sport at the weekend and its a nice little car....today while driving, I noticed upon heavy acceleration I heard a weird noise from the rear of the car like a flat tire sound....checked the car and it was fine... Later I picked up the nipper from school tootling home just driving sedately the car started to make the same weird noises especially on bends??? Checked when I got home all looks well....but I'm worried something's gonna go big style...does anyone have any ideas???

One of my all time favourite motors..... Lucky bugger ;) Are they as good as they say they are???

Fellas Just thought I'd say hello,new to the site after picking up another used Beemer I thought I'd join to get some help with the car etc. I've had a few over the years 3,5,7 series but literally picked up a clean 330d m-sport at the weekend,really impressed so far but I'm still learning and finding out more info about these cracking cars...very impressed with it. However after 24 hrs of ownership it decided to dump all the fluids out of the rad...that got sorted yesterday.......driving the car today and upon accelerating and rh cornering there's a weird sound coming from the inside rear wheel...sounds like a flat tyre but its not...checked and can't see or feel anything out of place....any ideas lads??? Anyway..hope to get to know you all and get some friendly help and advice about all things bmw Cheers Steve
