Could be the suspension arm rear ( lollipop ) bush that's gone, best thing is drop into a garage for a check up. Oh & its easier to change the whole arm than just the bush.

I've only got 3 now, these are used & not mint, they have very small marks but still ok.

Have you got a new badge yet, I've got some lying around the garage, nearly new/mint.

Hi & welcome to the club, had my 320CD M sport for around 6 months with no problems, it's an 04 plate, did the swirl flaps after a week or so, no other issues with it, I only use Shell V power nitro + & it's running like a dream.

The wheels look ok, MV2s, are they staggered ? not sure how they'd look on your car though but thats only my opinion.
