  1. Welcome to the site. Mines is a diesel so I put any !Removed! in it. Servicing is a different matter, always use OEM and do it more than it needs, every 6,000 miles. Think its embedded in my head from the old days
  2. Welcome Murray
  3. Welcome to the site
  4. Welcome to the BMWOC, Andy. Get rid of the run flats. Originally I used tyre weld, first puncture and it didn't work, so I have a full size spare, its a bugger if you need the boot space. I used a space saver on my mondeo and didn't like how it drove
  5. Welcome mate, Im from Glasgow. The E91 is the estate version Ive got an E92 (coupe) 330d and its fast as f**k. Every car Ive had has had a remap, but still enjoying this as it is

  9. Ive been told welding them weakens them and the amount of pot holes round my way, I don't want them any weaker than they are
  10. That was my original plan, but started looking at sets. Getting the right non OE set is a bugger, pick the wrong ones and your car looks poo
  11. Nice car and welcome to the site
  12. Welcome mate, Im also from Glasgow
  13. Took my car in for a puncture repair, only to find out it wasn't the tyre, it was the alloy. two hairline cracks running the whole width of the alloy. Thinking now about buying a complete new set, any ideas?

    Welcome to the site
  15. Would love to get 27MPG. Mines does 23.1, but thats what happens when you've got a heavy right foot. I don't think that's that bad for a dual turbo diesel. Anyway, Happy New Year
  16. Welcome to the forum, Billy
  17. As Daz says, Panel filter is cheaper than the induction kit with just as much gains. Ive got a Pipercross in mines, but thats purely because Ive always used those ones. So K&N or Pipercross, probably just comes down to cost
  18. For £10k go for the X5. Range Rovers best engine was the V8 diesel, but would be a really rough one for that kind of money. The RR and X5 both used the same 6cyl engine but for some reason the RR engine was unreliable, I dont think Land Rover used the ECU, injectors or wiring from BMW, probably got them from Taiwan.
