Ok,I feel its time to have another BMWOWNERSCLUB meet soon, before christmas. So looking for a list of locations and peoples names. We prob need a nice location to meet at, and some nice roads nearby to go for a blast afterwards and prob meet up for a chat again before we go home. I'll be giving out free stickers at the meet too. Been and looked at a 1 today. Having around 8k to spend, the wife decided on a 1. Which I was happy with until I got in one. Cheap pieces of crap, i looked at a 118d, 120d and a 120i M sport, what has gone wrong with BMW? She could have a Fiesta ST, Saab 9-3, E46, anything, and they all seem better build quality. She is determine to have a 1, but I feel that we will be paying for the BMW name. My 2003 e46 SE seems 100% better build quality. Also took a peek at a 320d 2008 plate, and TBH, mine has done 117k and if someone wanted to swap me for a 2008 plate with 60k on, I'd refuse. Terrible cars, creaky, squeaky pieces of poo.. Dissapointed BMW.. Anyone else with a later model feel the same?

Welcome to the forum mate. I think the Z3 is based on the e36...may be wrong though... If Im right, looking for e36 know probe would help you out. Also telling us when engine your going for?

Garage job mate.. just refilling oil won't sort the light out. But I'm sure the is a button combo that gets rid of this, some E36 owner will be along soon to help you out I'm sure
