youll have to listen hard, il be typing it  im guessing your ones will be chrome? you need to take the grilles apart, very easy just be carful not to brake the clips theres around 6 of these on each grille side grille will then come apart in two pieces. ignore the black bit for now as your not painting that bit. first thing to do is get a grey scotch pad, or 800 wet and dry. flatten the chrome down to its all roughed up . clean and bits off, microfibre cloth will work good enough. spray on a plastic primer, few coats will be needed with a few mins between coats. leave to dry for a few hours/ overnight. flat down with 800 wet to give the paint a nice key and to remove any marks etc. clean off again. spray a black base coat down leaving few mins between coats, dry off , can use the wifes hairdryer if need be ;) once thats dry spray on your clear coat again leaving a few mins between coats. leave to dry in a dust free place, airing cupboard is a good place. id leave over night myself. once dry you can either leave it like it is with a glossy coat are grab the scothc pad to make it matt. then clip it all back together. SIMPLES B)

The Urine Test!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Urine Test (This was written by a rig worker in the North Sea - What he says makes a lot of sense!) I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes those taxes as it sees fit. In order to earn that pay cheque, I work on a rig for a drilling contractor. I am required to pass a random urine test for drugs and alcohol, with which I have no problem. What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test. Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a benefits cheque because I have to pass one to earn it for them? Please understand that I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do on the other hand have a problem with helping someone sit on their , drinking booze, smoking dope and generally taking all kinds of drugs. Could you imagine how much money the government would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a benefits cheque? Please pass this along if you agree or simply delete it if you don't. Hope you will pass it along though, because something has to change in the UK, and soon!

Questions And Answers
cant answer the turbo question sorry. with that mileage id service myself, mines on 117k and i do mine myself. i got mine from a car auctions and it came with pretty much no history at all. just takes a good eye to see what problems are wrong with them, mine needed a £9 sensor and a £10 coolant pipe. sorted :)

Coupe Door Speakers
i believe that is the size for the coupe door speakers, also i think the major thing is the depth of the speaker so a big magnet isnt going to be ideal. not to sure the biggest depth you can get though
