Sounds initially like it could be down to tyre size, tread or the fact that you are overcooking it into roundabouts in which case any of these factors could invoke the TC. But worth checking the diagnostic memory for fault codes or live data with respect to the driveline as there could be a fault with one or more sensors (angle or speed/position sensors)
