  1. I have a 2018 440, CarPlay works great usually, but my music sometimes intermittently stops playing, I have to manually hit the play button to continue listening. I thought it might be my iPhone, I had this issue with my 11 max pro, so I upgraded to a 13 max pro and I’m still having the same issue. Music will play, then will periodically stop on its own, then I toggle between Apple Music and Spotify but I experience the same issue with both. There is nothing I can do to replicate the issue, it happens automatically, on its own for no apparent reason. I use Waze along with my music or whatever I’m listening to be at podcast, audiobook, YouTube video, whatever… The only time I run into an issue of intermittent playback is with music. All of my Apple Music is on my phone meaning the MP3 files are transferred from my computer onto my device, I do not pay for Apple Music. The only music service I pay for is Spotify, but both music apps have similar issues. Last night it was very strange, I turned off all music apps except Spotify and while I was playing a song on Spotify, it reverted back to a song on Apple Music even though the Apple Music app was closed on my phone. I turned off the car, then turned it back on, the issue seemed to go away… But that seems like an extreme fix, especially when you’re driving on the freeway, it’s not feasible. I have restarted the phone while driving in the past, but this does not always resolve the problem. It’s extremely frustrating when you’re driving and the music just stops on its own for no apparent reason. Is anyone else having this issue? Are there any solutions?
