Looking good, I personally think the lights are a big improvement, had a set on my last vert, the only thing that let them down was the angel eyes could have been brighter

Filled up and actually got 29mpg, all cold short journeys. Looking into getting a diagnostic scanner just to check nothing else is wrong and bring the service forward a few months

Thermostats changed, temperature is now in the late 80's to early 90's when walm. Car feels as if it is pulling better, mpg on computer is back down to 25mpg and it has been hunting occasionally when at idle. Checked for water and air leaks, nothing obvious, gonna fill up again mid week to check mpg from tank just in case the computer is wrong (fingers crossed).

Alloy Wheel/ Offset
in BMW 3 Series Forum
Posted
Finally found what I've been looking for at a good price, still not sure if they will fit tho. They are 18x8.5 et 38 with 225/40/18 tyres. The et is slightly higher so I believe this will pull the wheel in a bit towards the strut. There is loads of clearance either side for the back wheels but the front wheels are quite close to the strut.
Seen MV3 alloys on non m sport models and they are 18x8.5 et 34 front , et 37 rear with 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 tyres so the only issue I can see is the offset for the fronts, what do you guys think.
