  1. Hi Trevor just had a scroll through some other sites and they said I would need to have my light switch unit connected and set for xenon head lights as its a different Amp.
  2. Thanks for the reply Trevor, ive tested the feed wire at the switch to see if I could run a separate feed but it is a negative when the lights are off and positive when the lights are on. Can't workout why the HID bulbs in the high beam work on my original lights but these ones won't.
  3. Hi all just joined and wondered if anyone can help. I have an 02 3 series 320d saloon facelift I have no problems with it apart from I'm trying to fit xenon lights from a 51 3 series touring, everything fits ok, the problem I have is with the ignition on the lights work fine but when I start the engine they flash on and off. I've tried putting a relay in and feeding from the battery but the light switch wire just makes the relay click in and out as if there is not enough power to opperate the relay.
  4. I've had a 2002 BMW 320D for 3 years and the only problem I've had is problem starting if you didn't use the car every day, this fault was sorted which was a dribble back on #4 injector. I am having a problem with a set of xenon head lights I am fitting from a 2001 E46 touring. they work fine without the engine running but flash on and off when you start the engine.
