Is she in for a service? What type of service, interim, full? how much is your dealer charging?

why lock away all that information, we should be a free, easy, friendly and become a place to obtain BMW information easily. I knew a club that did that and google could not spider their threads as they never added gogole as a spider group. Their club was pretty big, meets would have 100 cars. Their site is like a ghost town now.

where it says "Largest un-official BMW club" that may need altering as there are a few older and much bigger clubs out there
