EGR valve .......didnt work

Map sensor ....still the same

As a EGR is a mechanical part the fault will obviously be coming from a sensor.

EGRs can be blanked off/not needed, and been as you have had it changed it eliminates that issue.

Not sure what sensors are on or around the erg but will look into it for you..

Are there any performance issues?

Do you have the error code?

Lambda sensor?

Is IT running ok?

It surges on the revs sometimes .......When ive driven it i reckon it takes a while to pick up when you pull away .....

the error code is PO400 ..........

when the code is cleared it flies and then the engine management light comes on and it goes into limp mode.....

when you open it up its fine and flies tbf

It was originally saying insufficient flow now saying excessive flow

thanks Gav .......

most people seem to have problems when doing speed this is never the problem its always when its idling or when you go to pull away

Like a "Flat-spot"?

MAF sensor is not shaking-hands with the fuel-pressure ! (In laymans terms - like having the wrong jets in a carburettor) ....

This is the physical issue you have but, the sensors are what are giving the ECU/DME the confusion.

Excess carbon deposits can cause your issue too ;)
