E90 Phase 1

My E36 3 or early E90 as the prices are comparable.16i saloon has now passed the 210,000 mark, it has served my well for the last 15 years, it is the 94 model and has most of the toys except leather, but now with ever expanding familym not to mention waiste line, i think it is time to put the old girl out to pasture. I have been looking at iether a X3,E60 and E90 and would welcome suggestions on the best course of action, the wife feels love for the X3 and i for the 3 series as she has had in the pass a E39 and that to served her well. do i go for a late model E46
