Bluetooth Connectivity

Hi all,

I am a newbie on here and a new proud owner of a 2003 330d sport. I have a question about the Bluetooth connection. I can find the Bluetooth name on my phone (parrot v5.08c) but when I go to pair the phone says unable to connect and the car says memory full !!!!! Does any body know how to delete the memory for this? I hope somebody does!! Thanks all mick.

There should be a tiny reset-hole on the unit (face or rear)... If not, see if there is a reset/clear option in the menu or try disconnecting car battery for an hour or so ;)

Does the system have a "Devices" menu (or similar)? I ask this as it may have a lot of unpaired devices from previous owners which will need clearing !
