E36 Braking Problems

hey guys just wonderin if anyone could help my bm is juddering whn i brake could it be due to warped brake discs? and also how easy would it be to get a M5/6 style wheels (pictured below) on my bm as there 19"

The wheels should fit ok as long as the tyre profile isnt too big.As for the juddering it could be warped discs but id get that whole area (discs,pads,shocks,bushes etc) checked out just in case of anything else :)
