Anyone on here Re-Mapped a 320d? would like to have mine done but I'm just abit worried about blowing seals, pipes etc with the increase in torque, is it safe enough to do? anyone? Cheers.

TBH, a lot of re-maps can give better fuel economy - even with that bit extra power! Engines come off the production line in a, generally, standard setup... Therefore you shouldn't worry too much as long as you don't go over the top with it... If you do then you will find that you need to change many other components to cope with the extra stresses involved... For example, If you bang in more fuel/air into the cylinders, the engine will need to get rid of the product VERY quickly to make way for the next burn !!!
