Hi

just bought a used BMW, was pleased to see  BMW dashcam fitted. 
 

After days trying to reset and connect to it, mails from ACE support (now given up) and no joy from dealer (washed their hands of it… “separate part though as it doesn’t come as part of the manufacturers specification, its an extra fitting and we don’t service them or give a warranty with them when they are already fitted in used cars”… I’m now rather stuck. 

Anyone out there had similar experience or know of any guru that can help me?
 

Being an electronic engineer and working for a software company, thought this might be within my ability… apparently not.
