To K&N or not to K&N

I know that I will have a service coming up soon. The question I wanted to ask is this; If I have to have the air filter replaced, do I replace it with a K&N or not? Obviously I will only ever have to buy 1 filter. I have looked for filters and it seems K&N are the only panel filters I can find.

The car in question is a F31 320ed

Thanks in advance

Hi Dave,

A K&N air filter is a great addition to any car and the benefits are there for years to come...as long as they are cleaned correctly (following manufacturers instructions) and more importantly...making sure that the sticker is placed on the air box area to indicate that there is a K&N in there otherwise some garages have been known to replace them during a service and disposing of it to replace it with a cheap paper one :-(
