Hi Folks

In need of a few pointers on replacing the semi-automatic soft-top on my 1995 328i.

Have found a replacement used 'full auto' and I'm wondering if it would be easier to remove the fabrics and replace them without the frame or to swap-out the whole frame with gears and pulleys/electrics?

Another point to add is that the last owner 'thinks the motors gone' so I've got a replacement but the linkage is in bits in the boot!

So... Please HELP!!!!!!!
