Newbie Looking To Buy An X5!!

Hi peeps, thought id say a quick hello and introduce myself, the names daz from anglesey, north wales. After owning 2 subaru impreza sti's Ive decided the next motor is going to be a bmw X5 (think its the E53 model), but not sure which one is going to be the one to go for tbh, any advice would be much appreciated and if anyone knows of a good one with decent spec for sale let me know, preferably a facelift with under 70k (give or take a few k), the engine size or running costs dont bother me as it will only be used at weekends mainly (I have a work van) but will listen to any pros/cons on any of them.

    go for the 4.4 petrol version with leathers, sat nav etc.

    if running costs are in limits then the 3.0 diesel will be the one.

    overall good build cars with general wear and tear eg tyres. keep it serviced on time always.

    entirely up to you in the end ;)

    On my 2nd 4.6IS, better looks and spec than the "norm", and pretty quick too !

    comes with most toys, nicer wheels etc, personally, id always go for an "IS".
