Hi

I have a BMW e30 325i cabriolet manual (1989)

Loving the car, had for about a year now and I've just driven it down to Shropshire at the weekend drove fantastic.

At the moment I have two issues I could do with some advice on.

1. When driving at around 30 - 40mph if I take my foot off the accelerator it starts to a do a like kangerooing motion when it's at about 2000rpm. On a motor way about 50mph plus it's fine no juddering at all. Could it be a hose that's corroded? Anyone come across the issue before and managed to solve it?

2. Both drivers side windows have decided to stop coming down. Passenger side works fine. I have tested the switch that is above the windows switch around the gear stick and that makes no difference. Does the drivers side have a separate fuse?

Any help appreciated

Thanks will

Yourc issues-

1- You have either a dirty throttle-body or most likely a vac leak (split or poorly connected intake or engine breather hose)

2- Same fuse i think... Is it permanently up? If yes then wiring issue or duff motor

Hope this helps...

If it's a vac leak are the hoses awkward to get at?

With the windows when I press the window switchs I can hear a motor making a noise in the door, would the rear window be on the same motor? Just seems odd both windows on that side have stopped working at same time

Maybe a crap Earth on that side?? Check continuity and volts/amps at the motor ;)
